You lose access to Flexible Rent, Credit Builder, Rent Rewards, and free Rent Assistance. You will need to pay your rent in full to your landlord by the due date.
Till takes no responsibility in paying your rent on time if you stop making your payments to Till. If you have an outstanding Rent Assistance from Till, you will have to pay it back.
If you don't pay and you don't owe Till money, we will close your Till account and notify your property manager. You will need to pay your rent in full to your landlord by the due date.
If you don't pay and you do owe Till money, you are still responsible for any outstanding rent assistance and your property manager will be notified that you are no longer enrolled in the program. We can make arrangements to pay back Till to avoid negative credit reporting. You will also need to pay your rent in full to your landlord by the due date.
If you don't pay in full — Till will refund what you have paid for the upcoming rent cycle, close your account and notify your property manager. You will need to pay your rent in full to your landlord by the due date.
